Bhopal : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched Safe Click, an AI-based chatbot developed by Indore Police for citizens’ safety and traffic management, on the occasion of Vijayadashami. Dr. Yadav officially inaugurated the service by scanning a QR code on his mobile phone.
The Chief Minister said that this advanced technology will prove highly useful in spreading awareness about cyber safety and providing various types of information to citizens. Indore has become the first city in Madhya Pradesh to offer such a service. Initially, the chatbot will be used in traffic and public safety operations, and it will be expanded to other areas in the future.
Police Commissioner Shri Santosh Kumar Singh stated that the AI-powered chatbot will retrieve information from open sources, and citizens will be able to access the service either by speaking or typing their queries.
The launch event was attended by MP Shri Shankar Lalwani, Mayor Shri Pushyamitra Bhargav, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sudam Khade, Police Commissioner Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, Collector Shri Shivam Verma, Municipal Commissioner Shri Dilip Kumar Yadav, and MLAs Shri Mahendra Hardia, Smt. Malini Gaur, Shri Madhu Verma, and Shri Golu Shukla. Also present were Zila Panchayat President Smt. Reena Malviya, Shri Pratap Karosiya, Shri Sumit Mishra, Shri Shravan Chavda and several other public representatives.
