CM to unveil projects worth crores for Delhiites during ‘Seva Pakhwada’

New Delhi, Sep 12 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has said that development projects worth crores of rupees, to drive the national capital towards making it true ‘Viksit Delhi’ are going to be unveiled during the upcoming ‘Seva Pakhwada’ on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday.

This fortnight long service between September 17 to October 2, is a significant step towards speeding up Delhi’s development works, with a special focus on reaching every section of society across the national capital, as per the CM.

Gupta has emphasized that her government is making a consistent effort to make the initiative successful, and she has been closely engaging with MPs, MLAs, and other public representatives to ensure that people across the city are part of the initiative.

CM is also in constant touch with senior officials so that the projects that are being rolled out are completed timely.

Highlighting the scale of the effort, she noted that for the first time in Delhi’s history, such a large number of important schemes are being announced together, with a clear and detailed blueprint already prepared for their implementation.

According to the CM’s office, on the occasion of the PM’s birthday, health camps, donation drives and cleanliness campaigns will be organized across Delhi.

An event will be held at the iconic Indian Gate, Kartavya Path, where a mega blood donation camp is to be organized by the state government, while there is going to be an exhibition with regard to what all PM has given to the national capital so far.

Seva sankalp walks will also be held where the ministers will be taking part, while several other projects will be unveiled later in the day.

Projects like new hospital blocks maternal child care blocks at different government hospitals will be initiated.

More Ayushman Arogya Mandirs will be inaugurated at different places, while projects regarding old age homes, hostel for visually impaired girl students going to college, foot over bridge and other such projects will be inaugurated.
