Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is emerging as a new global economic power with the spirit of world brotherhood. Japan is historically associated with the tradition of Gautam Buddha and India is the land of Gautam Buddha. Dr. Yadav has said that this visit will start a new chapter in the friendship of Madhya Pradesh-Japan.
MP’s business relations are linked to Japan
The CM said that Japan is a country that has achieved significant achievements in economic prosperity on the basis of its unique lifestyle and industrial style. It is a matter of happiness and pride that Madhya Pradesh’s business relations are also linked to Japan. In the year 2023-24, exports worth 92.8 million dollars were made from Madhya Pradesh to Japan. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav thanked India’s Ambassador to Japan Sibi George for the important role played by him in connecting with business houses.
Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is the second largest state in India in terms of area with a population of more than 9 crores. The economy of the state has grown three times in a decade, our government’s goal is to double the economy in the next five years. In the last five years, the state has made special efforts towards exports, as a result of which 65 thousand crores were exported in the year 2023-24.
