CM inaugurates hospital in Badnagar

  • Govt to provide grants to private hospitals to promote medical tourism

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that doctors hold the highest place in society and that medical service is the greatest service to humanity. He urged all doctors to always uphold compassion, empathy, and humanity in their hearts.

Dr. Yadav announced that to promote medical tourism in Madhya Pradesh, the state government will provide grants to private hospitals and large medical groups. Financial assistance will also be given to private efforts promoting wellness centers, naturopathy centers, and Ayurvedic (AYUSH) treatments. The government is also encouraging the establishment of cow shelters (Gaushalas).

The Chief Minister was speaking at the inauguration of Kabra Hospital and Research Center in Badnagar, Ujjain district, on Sunday. Present at the event were Saint Pandit Kamal Kishore Nagar Maharaj, MP Anil Firojiya, BJP National Organization Secretary Shiv Prakash, District In-charge Minister Gautam Tetwal, Badnagar MLA Jitendra Singh Pandya, Nagda MLA Dr. Tej Bahadur Singh, hospital director Dr. Vasudev Kabra, and other public representatives.

Dr. Yadav mentioned that a cement plant worth ?3,500 crore is being established in Badnagar with the state government’s initiative, which will create employment opportunities and boost the industrial development of the region.
