Beijing, Jan 7 (UNI) A magnitude 6.8 earthquake in the Tibet Autonomous Region in southwestern China has killed 36 people, the Nanfang Ribao newspaper reported on Tuesday.
A magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred on Tuesday at 9:05 a.m. local time (01:05 GMT) in Tingri County, Shigatse Prefecture, the earthquake’s epicenter was located at a depth of 10 kilometers.
