Children take pledges in Science Exhibition

Bhopal: In the 31st National Children’s Science Congress organized in Ravindra Bhavan, students gave presentations of various projects on environment, water, air, soil, energy conservation. Sushil Kumar Jain from Paryavaran Sanskriti Sanrakshan and Manav Kalyan Trust and teacher Hemlata Paliwal from Science Center Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh along with child scientists from various districts took pledges about environment, water, air, soil, energy conservation, disciplined life, self-confident life, respect for elders, following traffic rules etc.

In the exhibition organized by Maharaja Vikramaditya Shodhpeeth, Swaraj Sansthan Directorate, Culture Department, focusing on the Indian Rishi Scientific Tradition, it was told that the development of science in India started from the Vedic period itself. There is evidence of the development of many sciences including mathematics, astrology, Ayurveda and agriculture in the Vedas. This exhibition is a presentation of the certification of the antiquity of India in the field of science and knowledge.
