Buoyed BJP preparing for LS polls, launches Mission 29

Congress struggling to recover from setback

Bhopal, Following a humiliating defeat, the Congress is struggling to recover from the setback, while the BJP, buoyed by its remarkable victory in the assembly elections, is actively preparing for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections under the banner of ‘Mission 29.’

It’s noteworthy that out of the 29 Lok Sabha seats, the saffron party secured 28 in the last election, leaving only one for the Congress in Chhindwara. Determined to achieve a clean sweep this time, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, shortly after the assembly triumph, visited Chhindwara, a stronghold of Kamal Nath, to declare the commencement of ‘Mission 29.’

A senior BJP leader revealed that efforts for the Lok Sabha elections were already underway during the assembly polls, with booth expansion programs targeting both elections. Consequently, the BJP workers are already focused on the goal of the Lok Sabha election.

In contrast, the Congress leadership has yet to unveil a concrete roadmap for the upcoming Lok Sabha election. Meanwhile, amidst ongoing preparations, the BJP has initiated a campaign highlighting the achievements of the Modi government. The party’s social media team is actively sharing content related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his accomplishments on a daily basis.
