Bhopal: Kolar police station has registered a case of fraud against the builder on the report of a woman. The accused builder had sold two flats in his project to the woman and her husband. Later it was found that the flats which were sold, he had already got them registered to some other person.
According to the information, Rupali Jain, who lives in Piplani, was introduced to builder Jitender Mamtani. Jitendra told her that he was constructing a residential building on Kolar Road. He suggested to Rupali that she could also buy a flat. After seeing the site, Rupali made a deal for one flat in the project for Rs 16 lakh and the other for Rs 30 lakh.
About eight years ago, she also got both the flats registered. She also took a loan of about Rs 23 lakh 85 thousand on one flat. After some time, Rupali came to know that the flats which were sold to her, the builder had already got those flats registered to some other person. He had complained about this to the police. After investigation, the police have registered a case of fraud against the builder.

Girl injured in accident succumbs
A girl injured in an accident in Misrod area died during treatment in a private hospital. Police have registered a case and sent the body for postmortem. At present, the vehicle that hit her has not been identified. According to the police, Pooja Maithil (29) was a resident of Mandideep district Raisen. She used to come to Coral Wood Colony in Misrod to teach tuition to children.
On October 1, at around 6:30 pm, after teaching tuition, she was returning to Mandideep on a scooter. Meanwhile, an unknown vehicle hit her scooter, due to which Pooja was seriously injured. Passersby admitted her to a private hospital in Misrod for treatment, where Pooja died on Thursday afternoon. Police is investigating the matter.

Thieves target the house of agency operator
Thieves raided the empty house of an agency operator living in Gautam Nagar and fled with silver jewellery and cash. The police have registered a case against unknown thieves. According to the police, Satendra Chouksey (33), lives in West Nishatpura Colony, Gautam Nagar Police Station, and runs an advertising agency. On September 25, he locked his house with his family and went to Hyderabad to attend a religious program. When he returned on August 3, the main gate was locked, but the locks of the rooms and cupboards on the first floor were broken. On checking, silver jewellery and other items including cash kept in the cupboard were missing. Investigation revealed that the miscreants had entered the house through the roof. Footage of CCTV cameras installed in the area is being examined.
