Mumbai, July 16 (UNI) A Mumbai court on Tuesday remanded Mihir Shah, the prime accused in the Worli BMW hit-and-run case, to judicial custody till July 30.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Sewri court) S P Bhosale sent Shah to 14-day judicial custody after he was presented in court at the end of his police custody.
Shah was arrested on July 9 for mowing down 45-year-old Kaveri Nakhwa while she was riding pillion with her husband on scooter on July 7.
Earlier, the Worli Police arrested his father Rajesh Shah and driver who were later granted bail.
