BJP questions Kejriwal over school threat allegations, links to AAP leader

New Delhi, Aug 19 (UNI) Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva today called on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal to clarify his position and whether he has questioned fellow party leader Atishi regarding alleged links between a minor involved in making school bomb threats and an NGO associated with her.

The statement comes in response to recent comments made by Kejriwal on the sensitive issue of bomb threats received by schools in the capital.

Sachdeva described these anonymous threats as a global phenomenon that law enforcement agencies, including the Delhi Police, handle with seriousness by prioritizing security before investigating the source.

The BJP leader referenced past incidents where minors were found responsible for issuing such threats. He specifically alleged that in one instance, the father of the involved minor had links to an NGO associated with Atishi.

Sachdeva further questioned whether Kejriwal had inquired about these alleged connections or about claims he made regarding the political affiliations of Atishi’s parents.

The AAP has not yet issued a public response to these allegations.
