Bhopal, Dec 14 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai Patel on Thursday administered the Assembly Pro-tem Speaker’s oath to BJP legislator and erstwhile Minister Gopal Bhargava.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav was among the dignitaries who graced the occasion.
Bhargava — who assumed the mantle of Leader of the Opposition during the Kamal Nath dispensation that came to power in 2018 — shall officiate during the Assembly’s four-day session, which is scheduled to commence on Monday and witness the oath-taking of MLAs besides election of the Speaker.
