Bicycle rally gives message of cleanliness and greenery

Bhopal: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS) and Green Planet Bicycle Riders Association successfully organised a cycle rally named ‘Ride it Out 50 km’ which started from Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), Bhopal campus at 6.30 am and ended back at the museum.

The museum’s director, Professor Amitabh Pandey, flagged off the rally, which filled the participants with even more enthusiasm.

The aim of the rally was to make the city green and clean, in which the participants cycled on a route resembling a map of Madhya Pradesh that has preserved the heritage sites in Bhopal. This 50 km journey, which started at 6:30 am, was attended by enthusiastic cyclists and gave the message of cleanliness and greenery to Bhopal. The rally not only promoted fitness, but also raised awareness towards environmental conservation.

The energy and dedication of all the participants and organizers contributed significantly to the success of the event. Museum director Prof. Amitabh Pandey gave certificates to all the participants.
