Bhopal Police parade mobsters who vandalized cars

  • Stripped, paraded, and forced to chant: “Crime is Sin, Police are Boss”

Bhopal: Gandhinagar Police swiftly arrested six individuals responsible for a brazen incident of public road rage and vandalism that saw multiple vehicles destroyed earlier this week.

The incident occurred after the suspects chased a driver following an argument. Unable to find him, the mob targeted and vandalized half a dozen cars belonging to other drivers on the main road.

In a swift crackdown, police apprehended the six accused within 24 hours. They were subsequently subjected to a controversial “deterrent procession”: the arrested individuals were paraded naked through the streets, forced to hold their ears, and made to chant the slogan, “Crime is sin, and police are boss.” The demonstration was a direct public message against street violence.
