Bhopal: In preparation for the upcoming Ganesh festival, Dol Gyaras, and Milad un-Nabi, Police Commissioner Harinarayanachari Mishra convened a high-level meeting with senior police officials to review security arrangements. The Commissioner’s office was a hub of strategic discussion, attended by all gazetted officers and station heads.

During the meeting, officials discussed a wide range of security measures, including procession routes, immersion sites, and the protection of idol marquees and the public. Mishra gave specific directives to station in-charges, instructing them to maintain continuous night patrols in areas with idol installations and to monitor anti-social elements.
