Bhopal: The maiden issue of “Pravahini”, the e-magazine of the Switchgear Engineering and Services Department at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Bhopal, was formally released on Saturday by Hemram Patel, General Manager (SCR).
The launch ceremony was attended by senior officials, including Mohammad Azam Khan, Additional General Manager and Head (SWE/SXX); Dileep Kumar, Additional General Manager and Head (SWM); S. K. Bishwas, Additional General Manager and Head (CEE, OFE & CXX); Smt. Neetu Dhameja, Additional General Manager and Head (SCS); Poonam Sahu, Manager from the Rajbhasha Department; and members of the editorial board.
In his address, Patel observed that any institutional or departmental magazine reflects its vision, activities and direction. He noted that such publications not only document departmental achievements but also showcase employees’ creativity, experience and innovation, thereby strengthening organisational engagement and communication.
