BHEL Ladies Club extends support to visually impaired children

Bhopal: The BHEL Ladies Club, under the leadership of its President Rosie Upadhyay, along with members of the Helping Hands Welfare Society, visited a blind school in Jatkhedi and interacted with visually impaired children studying there. During the visit, essential food items were donated to support the institution.

Several office-bearers of the Ladies Club were present on the occasion, including vice-presidents representing various centres such as Anuja Majumdar, Yogita Baghel, Preeti Dani, Preeti Agrawal, Manju Patel and Lalita Chatterjee. Secretary Manisha Sharma, along with Manju Shauri, Ritu Arya, Dipali Goswami and Sheetal Juneja, also attended the programme.

The children of the school showcased their artistic talents and skills, leaving the visitors deeply impressed. The performances reflected their creativity and determination despite visual challenges.

Members of the BHEL Ladies Club appreciated the efforts of the school management in nurturing and educating the children. They extended their blessings and encouragement to the students, acknowledging their enthusiasm and confidence.

The visit highlighted the club’s continued commitment to social welfare and community support initiatives in the city.
