BHEL inaugurates Synthetic Resin Cattle Plant

Bhopal: In a modest ceremony at BHEL, Bhopal, Rupesh Telang, General Manager (Feeders, TCB-Manufacturing, Commercial & Maintenance), inaugurated the newly installed Synthetic Resin Cattle Plant at the CIT Department.

The event was attended by senior officials, including Asheesh Aurangabadkar, General Manager (WEX & MOD); S.A. Dongre, General Manager (Feeders); Smt. Preeti Gupta, Additional General Manager (CIM/CIT & DVS); Dushyant Subhedar, Senior Deputy General Manager (CIM); Anil Kumar Singh, Manager (CIM/CIT), along with employees of the department.

The plant, with a capacity of 250 litres, has been designed to manufacture Isopthalate Adhesive Varnish and Isopthalate Glyptal Varnish. These products will play a vital role in coil manufacturing for Hydro and IMM Machine Projects.

According to officials, the facility will significantly enhance environmental protection, product quality, production efficiency, and employee safety. The initiative aligns with BHEL’s ongoing commitment to technological advancement and sustainable industrial ppractices.

The inauguration marks an important step towards strengthening in-house manufacturing capabilities while supporting eco-friendly and safe production standards within the organisation.
