BHEL: A key joint meeting of Finance Heads and Statutory Auditors from various BHEL units took place today at BHEL, Bhopal, chaired by Shri R.K. Dwivedi, Director (Finance) of BHEL. Shri S.M. Ramanathan, Executive Director of BHEL, Bhopal, was also present.
The event saw the participation of Finance Heads from Bhopal, Haridwar, Trichy, Hyderabad, and the Corporate Office, along with two Central Auditors and five Branch Auditors. Additionally, representatives from other BHEL units joined virtually.
Shri Dwivedi welcomed the attendees, emphasizing BHEL’s adherence to the highest standards in the preparation and presentation of financial statements. He congratulated the team on receiving the prestigious ICAI Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting for 2023-24.
The meeting focused on addressing key issues related to the closing process, with Central Auditors outlining expectations and focus areas for the Branch Auditors to ensure a smooth and uniform audit process across all units.
Shri Pawan Kumar Shrivastava, General Manager (Finance) at BHEL, Bhopal, concluded the meeting by expressing his gratitude for the active participation and valuable contributions from all attendees.
