BHEL delivers final stator and rotor punching set

Bhopal: BHEL achieved a significant production milestone with the timely delivery of the final stator and rotor punching set for the Rivervolt Hydro Private Limited project during the financial year 2025–26. The handover of the 32nd and last set, with a total capacity of 3,650 kW, was carried out at a simple ceremony held at Block-10, Press Shop of the Feeders Department at BHEL, Bhopal.

The stator and rotor punching were formally handed over by Dalip Kumar Pal, Manager (Press Shop), to Anand Kumar Goswami, Additional General Manager (LEM, IMM), in the gracious presence of Pradeep Kumar Upadhyay, Executive Director (HEP Bhopal). The delivery was completed within the stipulated timeframe, underscoring BHEL’s commitment to project schedules and quality standards.

General Manager (Feeders and Transformer Manufacturing, Commercial and Maintenance) Rupesh Telang, General Manager (Electrical Machines) Vikas Khare, and General Manager (Feeders) Santosh Dongre were also present on the occasion.

Addressing the gathering, Upadhyay lauded the Press Shop team for ensuring timely supply of critical punching components to the product group and encouraged employees to maintain the same level of dedication and efficiency in future assignments.

Senior officials including Mahendra Kumar Sahare, Senior Deputy General Manager (Press Shop), Dushyant Subhedar, Senior Deputy General Manager (LEM), along with officers and employees from the Press Shop and Maintenance divisions, were present, making the event a moment of collective achievement for the BHEL workforce.
