Bhopal: BHEL Bhopal’s six-day INSPIRE Program, launched by Rupesh Telang, General Manager (Feeders, TCB-MFG, COM. & MAINT.), ignited enthusiasm among 38 newly promoted officers. The initiative, designed to sharpen leadership skills, concluded with a vibrant ceremony attended by TU Singh, General Manager (HR) and Smt. Surekha Banchhor, Additional General Manager (HRDC).
Telang urged officers to embrace their roles with vigilance, wishing them success in their new responsibilities. At the closing, Singh inspired participants to thrive in challenging environments, emphasizing, “Seize such training to excel and elevate BHEL’s legacy.” He presented certificates, celebrating their commitment.
The program covered quality, security, vigilance, financial management, AI in business communication, HR policies, stress management, and team building. Coordinated by Smt.
