Bhopal: A seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah Gyan Yagya will be organised at the Manokamneshwar Mahadev Temple located behind the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) office in Shivaji Nagar from 12 to 18 March. The religious discourse will be delivered by renowned storyteller and scholar Vidushi Richa Goswami.
According to the organisers, the Bhagwat Katha will be held daily from 2 pm to 5 pm, offering devotees an opportunity to listen to the divine narratives of Lord Krishna as described in the Shrimad Bhagwat Purana.
Prior to the main event, Rudrabhishek rituals will be performed from 9 to 11 March. In addition, recitation of the Sundarkand will take place every evening between 8 pm and 9 pm during this preparatory period.
The religious programme is being organised by former minister P.C. Sharma along with members of his associates’ group. The organisers have appealed to devotees to participate in large numbers and seek spiritual blessings through the week-long discourse and rituals.
