Mumbai, Sep 16 (UNI) The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) today invited proposals from reputed entities for supplying player tracking technology for various BCCI events through a formal tender process.
BCCI has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) outlining detailed terms and conditions for submission and evaluation of bids. The RFP will be available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 plus applicable Goods and Services Tax. Interested parties can purchase the RFP until September 26, 2025, with the last date for clarifications set for September 30, and proposals to be submitted by 12:00 PM (IST) on October 7, 2025.
Entities seeking to participate must email payment details to [rfp@bcci.tv](mailto:rfp@bcci.tv). BCCI clarified that only those meeting the eligibility criteria and other terms in the RFP will be allowed to bid, and purchasing the RFP alone does not guarantee participation. The board reserves the right to cancel or amend the process at any stage without providing reasons.
Eligibility is limited to corporate entities with a minimum three-year turnover of INR 10 crore (or equivalent), at least one year of experience supplying similar services to an ICC member, ownership of three or more kits meeting technical standards, and adequate resources, qualified personnel, and satisfactory client references.
Payments for Indian entities can be made via Bank of Maharashtra, Fort Branch, Mumbai, while foreign entities may remit USD 1,140 to the overseas account specified by BCCI. Payment confirmation must be emailed to secure the RFP documents.
