Mumbai, May 20 (UNI) Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher’s directorial venture ‘Tanvi the Great’ is set to release in theaters on July 18.
Kher, who has not only directed the film but also stars in it, took to Instagram to unveil the film’s first poster, introducing audiences to a story centered on strength, individuality and courage.
Sharing the poster, he wrote, “They called her different, but she never saw that as a weakness. While the world tried to fit her into boxes, she chose to break them, one by one. #TanviTheGreat is a reminder that being different doesn’t make you less, it makes you unstoppable. Unveiling the first poster of Tanvi The Great – a story of strength, dreams, and unstoppable courage. Meet Tanvi in cinemas on 18th July.”
Joining the ensemble is a constellation of seasoned actors, including Boman Irani, Iain Glen, Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swami, Pallavi Joshi, Karan Tacker and Nasir.
The music is composed by Oscar-winning M.M. Keeravani. It is produced under the banner Anupam Kher Studios, in association with NFDC (National Film Development Corporation).
The poster showcases Shubhangi Dutt, who steps into the limelight with her debut performance in the eponymous role.
