Anil Kapoor celebrates 14 years of ‘Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol’

New Delhi, Dec 8 (UNI) It has been 14 years since actor Anil Kapoor made his mark in Hollywood with the release of ‘Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol,’ the fourth film in the blockbuster franchise led by Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt.

Marking the milestone, Anil Kapoor shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, reminiscing about his unforgettable experience working on the film.

“Some films stay with you forever, not just because they’re part of a legendary franchise or a global success, but because of the bonds you build along the way.

14 years of ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol,’ a journey filled with laughter, trust, unforgettable memories, and friendships that still mean the world,” he wrote.

Expressing pride in being part of the iconic project, the actor also acknowledged the behind-the-scenes moments and the enduring love from fans. “Here’s to stories that become family and adventures that never fade,” he added.

Anil Kapoor accompanied the note with memorable photos featuring Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg, Paula Patton, and director Brad Bird. Another picture also captured a special moment where Anil and Sonam Kapoor posed alongside Cruise.

Released in 2011, Ghost Protocol follows Ethan Hunt and his IMF team, Benji, Jane, and Brandt—as they race to secure a Russian launch control device to clear their names after the Kremlin bombing. The film is celebrated for some of the franchise’s most breathtaking stunts, including Ethan’s iconic scaling of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

Along with Cruise, the film stars Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Jeremy Renner, and Paula Patton in pivotal roles.
