Air Force fighter planes display amazing stunts

  • Practiced for air show to be held on 30th
  • Governor will be the chief guest at the program

The skies of the capital Bhopal were occupied by fighter planes of the Indian Air Force on Sunday. In the afternoon, the fighter planes performed many amazing stunts over the Upper Lake (Bada Taalab), which left people amazed.

The thunder of the plane was so loud that the residents of the capital were forced to reach the rooftops of their houses. Whoever saw this feat of Indian fighter planes could not stop themselves from saluting them.

People had gathered in large numbers around VIP Road, Lake View Road to see the planes flying in the sky. Actually, on the occasion of its 91st anniversary celebrations, the Indian Air Force is going to conduct a multi-aircraft fly past in Bhopal skies on 30 September. At around 12 noon on Sunday, Air Force planes practiced for this ceremony. Wing Commander Ratnakar Singh said that the chief guest of the program to be held on September 30 will be Governor His Excellency Mangubhai Patel.

The event will also be attended by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Air Force Chief Marshal VR Choudhary, Air Force Chief, Air Marshal Vibhas Pandey AOC-in-C, Headquarters Maintenance Command and other senior military and civilian dignitaries. Practice flypast for the event will also be done on 26th and 27th September. The public can watch the flypast on all days from 26th to 30th September.

These planes will show stunts

The flypast will include fighter aircraft SU-30, Mirage 2000, Jaguar, LCA Tejas, Hawks, helicopters Chinook, MI-17 V5, Chetak, ALH and transport aircraft C130 and IL-78. Suryakiran Aerobatic Team, Sarang Helicopter Display Team and Akash Ganga Teams will also perform in the program. Its full dress rehearsal will be held on 28 September.
