Bhopal: The fourth edition of the annual Hindi e-magazine ‘Udbhav’, published by the Human Resource Development Centre of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Bhopal, was formally released by T. U. Singh, General Manager (HR).
The event was attended by Arif Ahmed Siddiqui, Additional General Manager; Poonam Sahu, Manager (Official Language); Kirti Singh; Sanjay Kumar Sharma, along with other members associated with the publication.
Addressing the gathering, Singh conveyed best wishes to the editorial team and employees on the release of the latest issue. Emphasising the importance of promoting Hindi as the official language, guidance and encouragement were extended to further strengthen its usage in official and creative domains within the organisation.
