Kuldeep Yadav’s grand reception in Lucknow: Cricket and political bigwigs in attendance

Lucknow, March 17 (UNI) After his destination wedding, Team India’s star spinner Kuldeep Yadav hosted a grand reception in the state capital, Lucknow on Tuesday.

This magnificent event witnessed a gathering of stars from the cricketing world alongside several prominent political figures.

Kuldeep Yadav tied the knot with his childhood friend, Vanshika Singh, on March 14 amidst a family-centric atmosphere in Mussoorie, the picturesque hill station in Uttarakhand. The wedding ceremony itself was attended exclusively by family members and close friends.

To add a special touch to the reception, the groom made his entry in a unique 1960 vintage car, which had been specially brought in from Delhi. This distinctive entrance further enhanced the grandeur of the occasion.

Attendees at the event included Indian cricket team Head Coach Gautam Gambhir, young batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal, veteran player Shikhar Dhawan, and all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, all of whom arrived accompanied by their wives. Guests were welcomed at the hotel premises with a shower of flowers.

It is estimated that over 900 guests attended this grand reception. Arrangements were made for four chartered aircraft to ferry VVIP guests, while special provisions were also put in place regarding security and hospitality.

From the political sphere, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended the ceremony to bless the newlyweds. Additionally, Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav is also reported to have been in attendance.

Prior to this, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal was also spotted at the wedding ceremony held in Mussoorie. All in all, the reception proved to be a magnificent event marking a confluence of the worlds of cricket and politics.
