Bhopal: Prompt action by the Dial-112 emergency response team ensured timely medical treatment for several people injured in a road accident in Ratlam district. The incident occurred in the Badawada police station area, where a head-on collision between a Tufan jeep and a mini loading vehicle left multiple persons injured.
According to officials, the State-level Dial-112 Police Control Room in Bhopal received information on March 12 about the accident near Baba Farid Dargah. Immediately after the alert, the First Response Vehicle (FRV-13) was dispatched to the spot.
Upon reaching the location, Constable Antar Singh and pilot Ankit Parmar found that seven individuals had sustained injuries in the collision. Assessing the seriousness of the situation, the Dial-112 personnel swiftly transported all the injured to the Civil Hospital in Jaora using the FRV vehicle.
The victims were admitted and are currently undergoing treatment. The incident highlights the prompt and dedicated emergency response of the Madhya Pradesh Police under the Dial-112 Heroes initiative.
