Bhopal: In a commendable display of promptness and sensitivity, personnel of the Dial-112 emergency response service ensured timely medical assistance to two grievously injured victims of a road accident in Mauganj district.
On 2 March, the State-level Police Control Room, Dial-112, Bhopal, received information that a motorcycle had been struck by an unidentified vehicle near the Mauganj bypass under Mauganj police station limits. The collision left a man and a woman travelling on the motorcycle seriously injured and in urgent need of assistance.
Taking immediate cognisance of the report, the Dial-112 First Response Vehicle (FRV) stationed at Mauganj police station was promptly dispatched to the spot. Constable Rajneesh Yadav and pilot Pravesh Chaturvedi reached the scene without delay, swiftly assessed the situation, and initiated rescue measures.
Without wasting precious time, the team transported both injured persons safely to the Civil Hospital in Mauganj, where their treatment commenced immediately. The swift and responsible action of the Dial-112 team helped avert potentially grave consequences, reaffirming the Madhya Pradesh Police’s unwavering commitment to public safety and service.
