New Delhi, Feb 28 (UNI) Newlywed star couple Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda delighted fans on Saturday by unveiling the song ‘Endhayya Saami’ from their upcoming film ‘Ranabaali’. The announcement, highlighting their characters Ranabaali and Jayamma, marks the couple’s first joint reveal after tying the knot.
Sharing the news on X, the film’s production house wrote, “Our RANABAALI and JAYAMMA Together, forever. Celebrating their love with this special surprise. Ranabaali Grand released worldwide on September 11th.”
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, Ranabaali has already captured attention with its first glimpse, showcasing Vijay Deverakonda in a new role set during the colonial era. The story reportedly explores themes of resistance and personal struggle, while Rashmika Mandanna essays the female lead.
The project also features international actor Arnold Vosloo in a pivotal role and is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on September 11, 2026.
‘Ranabaali’ marks the third on-screen collaboration between Vijay and Rashmika, following Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. It also reunites Vijay with director Rahul Sankrityan after their previous collaboration in ‘Taxiwaala’.
The couple tied their knot on February 26 in Udaipur, with ceremonies conducted in accordance with Telugu and Kodava traditions, making this song announcement their first shared public project post-wedding.
