Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee president Jeetu Patwari on Friday interacted with party office-bearers and workers during a training camp organised under the one-day Gwalior–Chambal divisional workshop titled “Navasrijan Sankalp”. The programme focused on organisational strengthening and ideological orientation of the party cadre.
The event was attended by Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Singh, AICC national secretary and MP Sanjana Jatav, former ministers P.C. Sharma and Jaivardhan Singh, Lakhan Singh Yadav, along with district presidents, senior Congress leaders, MLAs, newly appointed block presidents and other organisational office-bearers from across the Gwalior–Chambal region.
Addressing the gathering, Patwari said the ideology of the Congress party is firmly rooted in justice and is based on secularism, love, compassion, unity and social justice. He asserted that the party remains committed to taking this ideology to every household and upholding it till the last breath.
He said the objective of the Navasrijan Sankalp camp was to strengthen the organisation from the grassroots to the top. Emphasising the need for an active, sensitive and struggle-oriented organisation, he stressed that Congress must be energised at the panchayat, ward and booth levels. “Organisation is supreme, and only a strong organisation can effectively amplify the voice of the people,” he said.
During the training, detailed discussions were held on organisational building at the panchayat and ward levels, the role of workers, upcoming political challenges and sustained struggles on public issues.
Patwari called upon party leaders and workers to remain among the people, fight resolutely for their problems and carry the Congress ideology to the masses.
