Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee held a comprehensive review meeting of its state spokespersons at the party headquarters here, focusing on organisational strengthening and sharpening its media strategy. The meeting was attended by Pradesh Congress Committee president Jeetu Patwari and state media department chairman Mukesh Nayak.

During the deliberations, a detailed assessment was made of the responsibilities assigned to spokespersons, the party’s presence in the media, activities undertaken on public interest issues and the work carried out so far. The performance of spokespersons, effectiveness of media communication and organisational coordination were discussed point by point.

Addressing the meeting, Patwari said that in the present political scenario, the role of spokespersons was extremely crucial. He directed them to place the BJP government’s anti-people policies, failures and public issues before society and the media in a factual and responsible manner, while also ensuring effective publicity of party programmes, agitations and mass movements.

Nayak emphasised the need for continuous, coordinated and positive engagement with the media. He urged spokespersons to strongly present the party’s stand across social media, electronic and print platforms, respond promptly to developments and work with unity.
