PM Modi wishes Ram Mohan Naidu, commends efforts to reform aviation sector

New Delhi, 18 Dec (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday wished Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu on his birthday, and lauded his efforts to reform the civil aviation sector.
Posting on X, the prime minister described the minister as a young leader actively working to reform the civil aviation sector, and wished him a long life and good health.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah also wished the minister on his birthday, expressing hopes for his continued good health and longevity in a message shared on X.
“Warm birthday greetings to union Cabinet Minister Shri Ram Mohan Naidu Ji. May you always remain blessed with good health and long life,” he said.
Joining others in conveying his wishes, union Minister Nitin Gadkari wished him success in the years ahead. “Warm birthday greetings to union Minister Shri Ram Mohan Naidu Ji. May the year ahead be filled with happiness, health, and prosperity,” he said.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also greeted the aviation minister, expressing hopes that Prabhu Shri Ram would bless him with good health, longevity, and prosperity.
Naidu, born in 1987, assumed office as the 33rd Minister for Civil Aviation in 2024. He is a three-time Member of Parliament from Andhra Pradesh’s Srikakulam constituency, having been elected to the 16th, 17th, and 18th Lok Sabha.
During his tenure, Ponduru Khadi from his home district of Srikakulam received the Geographical Indication (GI) tag in 2025.
Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh commended Naidu’s strong work ethic and resolve while extending birthday greetings. In his X post, he said he was proud of Naidu’s contribution to shaping the country’s civil aviation sector and wished him excellent health and future achievements.
