Bhopal: Pradeep Kumar Upadhyay, Executive Director, BHEL, Bhopal, inaugurated a friendly cricket match organised recently at the BHEL Officers’ Club premises, underscoring the organisation’s emphasis on employee engagement and well-being. The event was held under the leadership and guidance of Rupesh Telang, President of the Officers’ Club and General Manager (Feeders & TCB Manufacturing, Commercial & Maintenance).
A distinctive feature of the match was the enthusiastic participation of spouses of all General Managers, adding a strong family-oriented dimension to the occasion. Addressing the gathering, Upadhyay commended the Officers’ Club team for their dedicated efforts in successfully organising the event. He observed that such initiatives play a significant role in strengthening organisational bonds and enhancing employee welfare.
The cricket match aimed to foster camaraderie, reinforce interpersonal relationships and promote a healthy work-life balance by encouraging interaction between senior leadership and their families in an informal and sporting environment.
