Polish military purchases 260 attack drones for over USD 27 million: Reports

Moscow, Dec 12 (UNI/SPUTNIK) The Polish army has purchased 36 sets of 10 Warmate attack drones for 100 million zlotys (USD 27.8 million), Polish media reported.

The drones are expected to enter service by the end of this year, the PAP news agency reported on Thursday.

The previously signed framework agreement provides for the delivery of up to 1,000 sets, or 10,000 drones, the report added.

Warmate drones are designed to destroy lightly armored targets or enemy infantry, depending on the warhead used.
