NSUI holds executive meeting, felicitates new office bearers

Bhopal: The District Executive Meeting of the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) was held in the state capital on Sunday under the leadership of district president Akshay Tomar. The session focused on strengthening organisational structure, addressing student-related issues, and outlining forthcoming activities.

A key highlight of the meeting was the felicitation of newly elected office-bearers of the Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress, who recently secured victory in the state-level elections. Among those honoured were State General Secretary Rohit Rajouriya, Bhopal Rural District President Rahul Mandloi, Bhopal City President Amit Khatri, State Secretary Prince, District Vice-President Abhishek Aathiya and District General Secretary Ashish Sharma. Newly appointed NSUI office-bearers were also recognised, with leaders calling for strong, accountable leadership and sustained commitment to student welfare.

Madhya Pradesh NSUI in-charge Ravi Dangi and state spokesperson Vivek Tripathi addressed the gathering, outlining organisational priorities, upcoming programmes and a coordinated action plan for resolving student grievances.

Senior leaders including State Vice-President Ravi Parmar, Aditya Soni, Varun Kulkarni, State General Secretary Syed Altamas and District Vice-President Amit Hatiya were among those present.

District president Tomar reiterated that NSUI would intensify its efforts on issues affecting students and launch extensive campaigns at university and college levels in the coming months.
