Bhopal, The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Madhya Pradesh successfully hosted “EmpowHER: Voices That Rise for Leadership & Change” as part of the Madhya Pradesh Udyog Mahotsav 2025. The dynamic conclave served as a powerful platform to amplify conversations on strengthening women’s roles across industry and society, advocating that women’s leadership is a strategic necessity for sustainable growth.
= Launching an ecosystem of support
Mr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, CII Vice Chairman, stressed that industry must proactively build pathways for women into decision-making through mentorship and inclusive practices. A major highlight was the Soft Launch of the IWN Bhopal Chapter, aimed at creating a sustained ecosystem for professional networking, capacity building, and leadership development for women across the state.

The session featured inspiring segments like “Champions of Change” and “Revolut – Monologues of Change.” Ms. Mana Mandlekar shared how grassroots empowerment strengthens economic resilience, while Dr. Jaideep Gupta emphasized that inclusive institutions require conscious allyship and structural reforms to help women thrive in technical fields. The event concluded with a renewed commitment from participants to adopt robust diversity and inclusion frameworks, enhancing visibility for women-led initiatives and driving cross-sector collaboration.
