NHDC concludes vigilance awareness week with call for shared responsibility

Bhopal: NHDC Limited (a joint venture of NHPC and the Madhya Pradesh government) successfully concluded its Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 today at its Shyamla Hills office. The week-long event, aimed at raising public consciousness against corruption, was celebrated under the theme: “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.”

Chief General Manager (HR), Ashok Kumar, presided over the closing ceremony. Throughout the week, the Vigilance Department organized various competitions that saw enthusiastic participation from employees, officers, and their family members, with prizes distributed to the winners at the conclusion.

General Manager (Vigilance), Vikram Raooru, highlighted the numerous activities undertaken during the week. He urged everyone to adopt the spirit of the theme, “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility,” and perform their duties with integrity in the future. NHDC, established in 2000, currently operates major hydel projects like Indira Sagar (1000 MW) and Omkareshwar (520 MW), and is also active in solar energy with projects like Sanchi Solar Project (8 MW), emphasizing its commitment to transparent and ethical operations.
