MP NEET PG counseling begins

= Online registration mandatory

Bhopal, : The state-level joint counseling process for NEET MD/MS 2025 has officially commenced in Madhya Pradesh. The entire admission procedure for state quota seats in both government and private medical colleges will be conducted exclusively online, as per the guidelines issued by the Directorate of Medical Education.

= Key registration rules

Prospective candidates must complete profile creation and pay a mandatory, non-refundable registration fee of Rs 1,100 within the stipulated deadline. Technical issues will not result in extended registration time. A crucial step in every phase is the filling and locking of college and subject choices, which requires an additional Rs 100 portal fee.

In the first phase, non-MP MBBS graduates will only be eligible for the 50% open seats in private colleges. Successful candidates must pay the prescribed tuition fee online and personally report to the allocated college for document verification. Those opting for upgradation are temporarily exempted from submitting the Rural Service Bond but must provide a notarized affidavit.

The counseling will be managed via the MP Online portal (dme.mponline.gov.in). Applicants are strictly advised not to share their login ID, password, or personal information, as all critical OTPs and emails will only be sent to the contact information used during the NEET examination.
