The “Bharat Ka Share Bazaar” Pavilion, set up by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) along with Market Infrastructure Institutions and industry bodies, such as NSE, BSE, MCX, NCEDX, NSDL, CDSL, CAM, KFintech, AMFI and NISM concluded its successful 14 day presence at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. Anchored in this year’s IITF theme “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat” the Pavilion highlighted how a transparent and technology enabled securities market is central to building a “Viksit Bharat”.
Inauguration & Vision
The Pavilion was inaugurated on November 14, 2025, by Shri Tuhin Kanta Pandey, Chairman, SEBI. In his keynote address, he underscored SEBI’s unwavering commitment to the 4Ts; Trust, Transparency, Technology, and Togetherness and the use of AI/ML to strengthen market surveillance and investor protection.
14 Days of Engagement & Education
Over 14 days, the Pavilion drew thousands of visitors, offering:
• Live demonstration zones
• Investor service counters
• Expert talks, quizzes, and interactive shows
• Muppet skits designed for younger audiences
• Hands on modules for safe and informed investing
Visitors also experienced SEBI’s digital initiatives such as Validated UPI handles, the SEBI Check facility, the Unified Investor App, Voluntary Account Freezing, and faster demat settlements through direct credit of securities.
These exhibits strengthened public awareness around fraud prevention, safe payments, and the verification of genuine intermediaries.
Award for Excellence in Public Outreach
In a significant recognition of its impact, the “Bharat Ka Share Bazaar” Pavilion was awarded by ITPO in the category of Public Communication and Outreach.
The award was received by the SEBI team led by Shri Kamlesh Chandra Varshney, Whole Time Member, SEBI.
This honour reflects the Pavilion’s success in delivering inclusive, accessible, and engaging investor education to a diverse visitor base.

The Pavilion emerged as one of the most visited and appreciated exhibits at IITF 2025.
