Bhopal: The All India Digambar Jain Mahila Parishad, Padmavati Division – Mata Trishala Branch, Lalghati, organized a blood donation camp on Tuesday. Parishad members, led by President Shruti Jain, Secretary Mili Jain, and Treasurer Shaili, participated enthusiastically along with sisters Richa, Namrata, Harshu, Sonal, Preeti, Nikita, Swati, Monica, Rashmi, and Sarita.
A total of 30 units of blood were donated by women, men, and youth, with families and children also joining the noble cause. All donors were honored with certificates. The Parishad ensured arrangements for tea, coffee, biscuits, juice, ORS, and snacks before and after donation.
Chairperson Sarita Bhabhi encouraged everyone to donate blood, eyes, and bodies, describing blood donation as “worship of life.” The event concluded with heartfelt thanks to the Blood Bank Team of Gandhi Medical College and Hamidia Hospital, including Dr. Richa Jain, Dr. Mansi, Dr. Hariram, Dr. Lavanshi, Dr. Hina Sheikh, Dr. Megha Tomar, Dr. Shweta Verma, and their staff.
