Bhopal: Club Literati organized a discussion at Swami Vivekanand Library on “Lost at Forty”, authored by senior obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr. Varuna Pathak. The book explores the contemporary challenge of midlife crisis and offers thoughtful ways to understand and overcome it.
Moderated by Dr. Neelkamal Kapoor, the conversation covered key themes of the book. Responding to chapter-wise questions, Dr. Pathak underlined that midlife is a transformative stage where renewed confidence can help individuals pursue long-delayed dreams. When aligned with an understanding of time, health and circumstances, such efforts bring lasting fulfilment. She also emphasised the importance of health maintenance and financial discipline during this phase.
