Bhopal: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has taken strict action against three transgender individuals following a disruptive incident aboard the Ahmedabad–Gorakhpur Express (Train No. 19489) last Friday.
The individuals allegedly engaged in forceful money collection from passengers in the General Coach, caused a nuisance (disorder), and even pelted the train with stones.
Swift, joint action by the RPF and GRP led to the arrest of the three individuals, identified as Risika, Simmi, and Goldi, all residents of Futa Maqbara, Bhopal.
A case was registered at Nishatpura Post under various sections of the Railway Act (153, 145, 137).
