Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee will organise a ten-day training programme in the scenic hill town of Pachmarhi from 2 to 11 November. The event aims to strengthen organisational skills and digital awareness among party workers.
According to party sources, the training camp will be attended by newly elected district presidents along with a large number of Congress cadres from across the state. The All India Congress Committee (AICC) is reportedly keeping a close watch on the proceedings, underscoring the importance attached to the exercise.
Senior Congress leaders from the national level are expected to participate and guide the sessions. At least five expert trainers have been deputed to conduct modules on artificial intelligence (AI), digital communication, and the effective use of social media platforms for political outreach.
In addition to digital training, the programme will include lessons on the party’s culture, history, and values, aimed at fostering ideological commitment among participants. To promote physical fitness and mental discipline, the schedule also features martial arts sessions.
Party insiders view the Pachmarhi camp as part of a broader strategy to prepare the Congress organisation for upcoming political challenges and to modernise its approach to communication and campaign management.
