Mumbai, Oct 18 (UNI) Hindi film superstar Salman Khan’s signature jacket is set to be auctioned at a special charity event organised by Tata Memorial Hospital, with all proceeds dedicated to the treatment and welfare of cancer patients.
Personally autographed and once donned by the actor himself, the jacket will be a centrepiece of the fundraising event, the proceeds from which will be channeled directly into vital healthcare initiatives aimed at supporting underprivileged cancer patients.
Through his organisation, Being Human, Salman Khan has helped the poor and needy across India, and his contributions go beyond just monetary donations
A source close to Tata Memorial revealed, ‘Being Human – The Salman Khan Foundation’ has been a consistent and generous supporter of their cancer patients. Through their initiatives, they have positively impacted the lives of thousands of children receiving treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital.”
