Bhopal: Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) BHEL Bhopal organised the opening of the 60-day Common Induction Learning (CIL–M3) for the newly inducted 42 Engineer Trainees (ETs) of Power Sectors Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Regions, CFFP Haridwar and HEP Bhopal under Dakshata -2025, the other day.
On this occasion, Pradeep Kumar Upadhyay, General Manager & Head of Unit, HEP- BHEL Bhopal was present as the Chief Guest.
Upadhyay in his address congratulated the Executive Trainees for their success in the rigorous all-India selection process. Highlighting BHEL’s strong performance & turnaround particularly in the post–COP 21 era, he further said that India continues to balance its renewable energy commitments with essential thermal capacity expansion—leading to a robust order book exceeding Rs 2 lakh crore.
Earlier, T.U. Singh, General Manager (HRM) welcoming the new Engineer Trainees urged them to adopt a broader vision, develop a spirit of collaboration while understanding the importance of execution as the need of the hour.
Upendra Kumar Singh, AGM (PUB); Mrs. Surekha Banchhor, AGM & Head (HRD) were also present in the program. Umesh Kumar Savle, Manager (HRD) helped the participants get acquainted with one another, encouraging teamwork, self-expression, and enthusiasm. An online interaction with Shankar Narayan, General Manager (Corporate Learning & Development) was organized, wherein he addressed the participants and shared insights on BHEL Business Scenario, the importance of continuous learning and corporate readiness. The event was compered by Tarun Kumar Kaushik, Manager (HRD).
