Hyderabad, Sep 27 (UNI) In a major administrative reshuffle, the Telangana government on Saturday transferred six IAS and 23 IPS officers, issuing fresh postings across key departments.
As part of the rejig, senior IPS officer VC Sajjanar has been appointed as the new Hyderabad Police Commissioner, while CV Anand has been posted as Special Chief Secretary, Home Department. Shikha Goel will take charge as Director General of Vigilance and Enforcement.
The Congress government has also appointed Vijay Kumar as State Intelligence Chief, Raghunandan Rao as Transport Commissioner, and Surendra Mohan as Agriculture Commissioner. Anil Kumar has been named Additional Director General of Greyhounds, Stephen Ravindra as Civil Supplies Commissioner, Nagireddy as Managing Director of RTC, Vikram Singh as Director General of Fire Services, and Srinivasulu as Hyderabad Crimes ACP.
Other notable appointments include Tasafir Iqbal as Joint CP (Law and Order), Hyderabad, Anuradha as DCP West Zone, Vijay Kumar as Siddipet Police Commissioner, Vineeth as Narayanpet SP, Haritha as Rajanna Sircilla District Collector, and Sandeep Kumar Jha as Special Secretary.
