Bhopal: A one-day training session on the fundamentals of bearings and assemblies was inaugurated at the Human Resource Development Centre of BHEL, Bhopal. The programme, conducted by experts from M/s SKF, was formally opened by GP. Baghel, General Manager (Quality).
The event was also attended by Sunil Kumar Bhargava, Additional General Manager (TTX), and Surekha Banchhor, Additional General Manager (HRD). Around 60 participants from various departments took part in the session, which aimed at enhancing technical expertise within the organisation.
In his address, Baghel emphasised the importance of continuous learning and the adoption of new technologies to ensure product excellence. He reaffirmed BHEL’s commitment to its “Quality First” policy, urging participants to apply the training in strengthening operational standards and sustaining the company’s reputation for high-quality engineering solutions.
