New Delhi, Sept 2 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday arrested the Branch Manager and Field Officer of UP Gramin Bank, Chandausi, for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of ₹30,000 from a loan applicant.
The arrested officials have been identified as Pinkesh Kumar, Branch Manager, and Shailendra Singh, Field Officer.
According to the CBI, the complainant and his sister run a garment shop in Chandausi to expand the business.
