Bhopal: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) today inaugurated a three-day Customer Training Programme on “Alternator – Trouble Shooting and Maintenance Aspects” for officials of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The event was jointly inaugurated by TU Singh, General Manager (HR), and Surekha Banchhor, AGM (HRD) & HOD, at the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC).
The faculty for the programme includes Shishu Pal, Senior Manager (TME), along with Umesh Kumar Savle, Tarun K Kaushik, and VP Siloriya from HRDC. Welcoming the participants, Banchhor outlined the structure and objectives of the training module, emphasising its relevance to field operations.
In his inaugural address, TU Singh highlighted ONGC as one of BHEL’s valued partners, underlining the company’s commitment to quality products and timely services. He remarked that training is a practical process and serves as a platform for mutual learning. He urged participants to focus on understanding operational challenges and resolving critical issues effectively. Singh also stressed the importance of interactive learning during shop visits.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and compering by Umesh Kumar Savle.
